Friends of Bedford Depot Park Annual Meeting
Saturday, October 30, 2021, at 1:00 P.M.

This year’s Annual Meeting is to occur online versus in person due to the ongoing pandemic. Members may listen to or observe the meeting using the popular web-based Zoom conferencing service. See the meeting I.D. and passcode below that are needed to access the meeting.

To view the meeting on your computer, tablet or smartphone, download (if needed) the free Zoom application from Zoom’s web site:  www.Zoom.us/join. Then after launching the program on your device, you will be prompted to enter the above meeting I.D. and passcode.

Please e-mail FBDP before October 29 if you have any business that you wish to have discussed at the meeting. We expect to have the ability to selectively allow members to participate in the meeting by telephone or video.

Pease note that in addition to the option of remote participation, members may participate in person at the Annual Meeting by appearing at Bedford Freight House, 120 South Road, Bedford, Massachusetts, at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 30, 2021. Masks must be worn indoors per a Town of Bedford regulation.
